02 — Things I build
Nights and weekends, I design, build and ship my own products end to end — a baby log, a name finder, a household watchlist, the course scheduler I started in college, and a tracker-comparison lab.
The little things, beautifully kept.
A calm, private baby-care log for everyone who cares for your baby. Feeds, sleep, diapers, growth and first foods take a tap, or a sentence to Siri, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Your partner sees it the moment it’s saved.

Diapers take a single tap; bottles, nursing and sleep take a few, with the time already filled in. Or just say “log a 5 oz bottle.”

Invite a partner, grandparent or nanny. The night shift sees what the day shift logged the moment it’s saved, and every entry shows who added or changed it.

Sleep and nursing timers live on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Whoever is up can end them from their own phone.

Today shows how long since the last feed, diaper and sleep, beside the typical range for age. The timeline lays out the whole night, hour by hour.
Baby names, picked for you. Chosen together.
An AI naming assistant for expecting couples. It learns your style, roots and must-haves, deals name cards that explain why they fit, and sharpens with every swipe. Match on a first name, then find the middle that flows.

A few short questions on style, roots, meaning and popularity, plus the names you already love. Must-haves, like a starting letter, are rules, not hints.

Each name comes with a match score, its meaning and a line on why it fits you. Love, like, pass or add a note, and the next batch gets sharper.

You each swipe privately. When you both love a name, it's a match, and your partner gets a push. Every like lands in your library with notes and matches.

Lock in a first name and NameWise suggests middles scored on how the full name sounds with your surname. Swipe them the same way, together.
What to watch, together.
A shared watchlist for two. Each partner picks favorites and describes their taste; Claude blends both into fresh picks every week, says why you'll like each one, and shows where it's streaming.

Each of you picks favorites and writes what you love. Claude blends both into tonight’s picks, each with IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes scores, and one sentence reshuffles the lot when you want something lighter.

Everything you both want to watch lives in one ranked list, shared across iPhone (SwiftUI with Liquid Glass), Android and the web; press and hold to reorder. Coming Soon puts new seasons of the shows you love on a calendar, so nothing slips past.

Rate what you finish as Loved, Liked or Meh. Every rating sharpens the next round of picks, and the shelf becomes a record of everything you’ve watched together.
Every schedule that fits, built for you.
The course scheduler I co-founded at Johns Hopkins. Pick your classes and it builds every conflict-free schedule, with ratings, reviews and open seats a click away. Open source since 2017, it still plans Hopkins semesters.

Add your courses and it builds every conflict-free week. Flip through the options, then lock the sections you can't move.

One click shows the average rating, past evaluations by term, prerequisites and how classmates really felt, in emoji.

Filter by department, area, level and time to find the class that fits the hole in your week.
Two trackers. Know which to trust.
For anyone wearing two or three trackers at once. Connect Fitbit, Strava, Polar or Oura accounts, pick a day, and heart rate, steps, sleep and workouts line up on one timeline, with the disagreements flagged and scored.

Minute-by-minute heart rate from each device on one chart. Red bands mark where they split, and PE10 scores how often they land more than 10 bpm apart.

Each device’s night stacked as a hypnogram. The agreement rate shows how often both called the same stage; the duration delta is the gap in total sleep.

Pick a workout from each device to see distance, calories, elevation and route error side by side, with heart rate overlaid. Pair a Polar strap and it becomes ground truth.
